Overview of the afternoon activities:

Continue with empirical 3RAD data assembly. Consider starting the API analysis tutorials if everyone gets their assemblies going and needs an activity.

Distribute Flash Drives & DL Raw Data

Here is where you will give participants flash drives and help them download and save the raw data to carry home.

Potentially start an ipyrad2 reference-based assembly

If your denovo assembly is running fine at this point you might also consider starting a reference based assembly using the reference sequence you identified for your taxon on Friday.

This will probably be easiest in CLI mode, so we will walk through that together in class.
