Overview of the afternoon activities:

This is a free day for working on analyses for your data. Refer to the ipyrad analysis documentation and the ipyrad2 -h command line help to see what other analysis tools are available for you.

You should also use this time to be preparing your presentation for the participant symposium tomorrow morning. Please create a new google slides presentation in the Participant Symposium Presentations google drive folder. Try to aim for 5-7 minutes including background on the system, hypotheses, and results.
